Located a short distance from Cape Blanco, Port Orford and Bandon, this amazing 10 acre riverfront property has not been on the market in nearly 50 years! Nestled 6+ miles up the Sixes River, this piece of paradise offers approximately 300+ feet of river frontage with access to some of the best fishing on the South Coast. Two large open fields with river access offer a great location for camping, family gatherings & more. Experience the banana belt warm summer weather just minutes from the coast and tucked in the Sixer River Valley. Enjoy the views from the existing updated manufactured home or replace it with a new home. Buyer to do their own due diligence. This is a once in a lifetime well loved piece of property!

I’m the Managing Principal Broker of Fiv Realty in both Oregon and Washington. I’ve got 21 years of experience in the business, and my passion is helping people make money through real estate, whether that is helping them sell their house for more money than they thought possible, helping buyers find bargains that fit their needs and have easy gains in equity, or helping investors buy properties with good cap rates. My specialties are helping downsizers, heirs to an estate, and investors in residential real estate. I approach real estate through a data/driven laser focused lens because I am originally an engineer so analyzing pricing and market trends comes naturally to me.
