This property beholds an exclusive and gorgeous 10 acres of land situated on Lake Evergreen, a 53 acre private lake, with approximately 1950 ft. of lake frontage. This property features large hardwood trees and 90 percent wooded. This is better than driving all the way up north to enjoy these features. There are lots of wildlife, fishing, boating, and enjoyable swimming activities. In addition, it has a beautiful ranch style home with a full basement featuring egress windows overlooking the lake. This home offers a beautiful modern kitchen with lots of cupboards and center inland. Off of the kitchen you will find the dining room with lots of windows to enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. Your roomy living room also has a wood burner to warm up with on those chilly nights. It offers a good-sized master bedroom and second bedroom with a full bath. The first floor laundry area is perfect with an open stairway to the lower level. You will find a good-sized family room, three bedrooms, and a full bath on this level. Outside you will find a large deck with steps leading to the backyard for entertaining. There is an attached 24'X24' two-car garage, 18'x 20' pole barn, and beach area by the lake. A big bonus to this home is the electric geothermal heat. All utilities cost approximately $200/month year around. This is a one-of-a-kind property located in Tuscola County. It truly is a must see for anyone wanting a bit of privacy surrounded by the beauty that nature beholds. The water level of Lake Evergreen is being lowered 32 inches for maintenance and for an upgrade of the lake's dam. The work should be completed by the end of September so the water level can be reestablished.
