After 30+ years in real estate—from dominating Fisher Island to scaling 125 boutique brokerages at Side—I've learned this: the future belongs to brokerages that can scale without commoditizing the experience. That's exactly what we're proving at ENRG. As CBO, I'm leading our national strategy: rolling out our Signal platform, architecting partnerships for teams & indie brands, and building operational systems that feel personal.
