I just started as CBO at ENRG Realty, and I've never been more excited about what we're building. After 30+ years in real estate—from dominating Fisher Island to scaling 125 boutique brokerages at Side—I've learned this: the future belongs to brokerages that can scale without commoditizing the experience. That's exactly what we're proving at ENRG. As CBO, I'm leading our national strategy: rolling out our Signal platform, architecting partnerships for teams & indie brands, and building operational systems that feel personal. We're at an inflection point where brokerages either scale and lose what makes them special, or scale because of it. I'm obsessed with ensuring it's the latter.
