Raquel Romans is a globally-minded real estate professional with a background in luxury branding, fashion marketing, and design. Raised and educated in Oregon, and shaped by life in Florida, New York, and France, she brings an elevated yet grounded approach to North Dallas real estate. Fiercely entrepreneurial, Raquel blends creative strategy with deep market insight—offering clients a refined, results-driven experience. Known for her eye for detail, warm down-to-earth personality, and instinct for value, she helps buyers and sellers navigate with confidence, clarity, and style. When she's not working, you'll find her sailing, exploring Dallas neighborhoods, or curating the timeless details that make a house feel like home.

With over 20 years in Dallas real estate, my path started in corporate housing, working with major accounts like Frito-Lay, JCPenney, Neiman Marcus and the Dallas Opera. That background led straight into real estate, with hands-on experience alongside developers, general contractors and investors on new construction across Dallas and resort properties at Cedar Creek Lake. Today I run a luxury practice with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty, offering full-service solutions for buyers and sellers alike. I grew up in Plano and have called Dallas home my entire adult life, so I understand this market from every angle, from first-time buyers to families weighing school districts. My husband, our three kids and I are rooted in the St. Rita, Jesuit and Hockaday neighborhoods, where we've lived for 25 years, a network that opens doors for my clients in Dallas's most sought-after pockets.
