My mission is to help more people become homeowners and real estate investors. As a local agent and investor, I guide first-time buyers through the process of finding, financing, negotiating, and purchasing a property that fits their goals.

I’m Tim Hensley, a real estate broker here in Arizona, and I enjoy helping people make smart, confident decisions when buying or selling a home. To me, real estate isn’t just about transactions—it’s about understanding what matters to you and helping you get there. Whether you're buying your first home, upgrading, downsizing, or investing, I take the time to listen and build a clear strategy so you can move forward with confidence. I bring an entrepreneurial mindset to every deal, always looking for ways to create an edge through pricing, marketing, and negotiation. I keep communication straightforward and responsive, because this process should feel smooth, not overwhelming. My goal is simple—deliver results while making sure you feel supported every step of the way.

My name is Grant and I was born and raised in Arizona. I have lived in Prescott for over 23 years and have been a real estate agent since 2022. I enjoy working with my sellers and buyers almost as much as I enjoy training for my next Spartan race and spending time with my amazing family. You might run into me at Costco shopping for the best deals on bulk beef, or you may see me running around on the many incredible trails Prescott has to offer.
