Julia Kiser Pratt ("Jules") was born in North Carolina; she moved to Hilton Head Island in 1978 with her parents and brothers. For the past 40 years, Julia's Lowcountry ties in real estate marketing, sales and development have stemmed from generations of family businesses in Palmetto Dunes, Sea Pines, Hilton Head Plantation, Indigo Run, Daufuskie Island, Bluffto and, a long list of local neighborhoods in southern Beaufort County, SC.Julia currently serves as an agent at her family real estate company, Kiser Real Estate. Her family includes husband Ryan Pratt, and triplet daughters and one son. Family education activities, extracurriculars, soccer, church, social gatherings with family and friends, beach walks, ocean kayaking, fitness, "dock jumping" and outdoor eating are her specialties!
