While growing up in a real estate family that spanned two generations, Kimberly Koll discovered her passion for the industry at a young age. Since 2005, she has excelled in all facets of the business, from admin and marketing to assisting hundreds of transactions and serving as the right hand to leading agents. She has a deep understanding of the San Diego market, with a particular focus on communities within the Poway Unified School District and the I-15 Corridor. While Kim enjoys working with all types of clients, as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), she has specialized knowledge of mature clients and 55+ neighborhoods. And, as a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) whos also the wife of an active-duty military husband she can offer military families both professional expertise and personal experience with the relocation process. A tireless advocate for her clients, Kim prides herself on her integrity, professionalism, and excellent interpersonal skills resulting in repeat customers, referrals, and long-standing friendships with her clients.Kim attended the University of San Diego, where she earned a bachelors degree in communication and urban studies. Throughout college, she worked for market-leading agents, and after graduation, she joined a leading local commercial leasing firm. While she thrived in the corporate commercial real estate world, Kim knew her goal was to work with residential buyers and sellers. In 2017 she launched Kimberly Koll Homes in association with the top luxury agency in San Diego, selling 17 homes her first year and earning the 2017 Rookie of the Year award from the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors In 2021, she founded Heritage Homes San Diego, which takes a personalized, relational approach to real estate while also offering clients exceptional service, as well as cutting-edge technology, marketing, and support. When shes not practicing real estate, Kim stays active in the brokerage community and with various philanthropic pursuits, including regularly volunteering at her childrens school and Moms in Prayer. Shes also a member of the Poway Auxiliary Unit for Rady Childrens Hospital and helps with fundraising efforts there. Ever the dedicated wife and mother, Kim enjoys spending free time with her family and discovering everything San Diego has to offer, from the zoo to amusement parks to the natural beauty of the bay.
