Addie leads Touchstone Real Estate Schools and Touchstone Referral Company, and she is the founder of the Touchstone Community First Foundation, which supports housing initiatives and trade school students. In 2025, Addie was elected as the 2026 First Vice President of the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC), where she has previously served as Florida RRC President, National Director, and faculty member.
