Addie Owens, CRS, is the CEO and Broker-Owner of Touchstone Real Estate Group, Inc., based in Mount Dora, Florida. With a career that began in 2005 as a real estate appraiser, she has since become a top-producing Realtor®, licensed instructor, and nationally recognized speaker. Addie leads Touchstone Real Estate Schools and Touchstone Referral Company, and she is the founder of the Touchstone Community First Foundation, which supports housing initiatives and trade school students. In 2025, Addie was elected as the 2026 First Vice President of the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC), where she has previously served as Florida RRC President, National Director, and faculty member. Her leadership extends to the National Association of Realtors®, Florida Realtors®, and numerous local boards, with a focus on professional development and legislative affairs.

I’m Travis “Moose” Mattair, Owner and Broker of Innerscope Realty. I founded Innerscope with a simple mission: deliver elite service to clients while creating a supportive, growth-driven culture for agents. Before real estate, I spent eight years in professional baseball with the Phillies, Reds, and Braves, including two seasons with the Pensacola Blue Wahoos, where I remain their all-time home run leader. Those years taught me discipline, resilience, and teamwork—values I carry into every deal. Today, my wife, Tyger, our son, and I enjoy life in the Florida Panhandle, where we also run MP Farms with horses, cows, goats, and even a mini donkey.
