John Nichols

I’ve been a licensed real estate agent since 2006, with experience in both resale and new construction. I have been in real estate for 19 years, with 12 years in new construction. This combination of experience gives me a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the local market, whether you’re buying or selling. Over the course of my career, I’ve been honored to achieve Circle of Excellence Top Producer Lifetime Achievement status, and I’ve successfully facilitated over 3,000 transactions throughout the Treasure Valley. My expertise in problem-solving, along with my commitment to understanding each client’s unique needs, allows me to provide personalized solutions and deliver exceptional results.

My experience in professional sales and business development encompasses real estate, insurance, promotional sales, as well as leadership and research. I am a graduate of Baylor University from the Hankamer School of Business with a degree in Marketing. I hold an active real estate salesperson license in Idaho and California. I am a commercial and residential sales agent with Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty. My real estate management experience includes acquisition, renovations and analysis. Currently, I also serve as Business Development Manager of Cornerstone Commercial Investments, a management firm specializing in property management and advisory of 140+ units of multifamily commercial properties throughout the Northwest.
