My name is Grant and I was born and raised in Arizona. I have lived in Prescott for over 23 years and have been a real estate agent since 2022. I enjoy working with my sellers and buyers almost as much as I enjoy training for my next Spartan race and spending time with my amazing family. You might run into me at Costco shopping for the best deals on bulk beef, or you may see me running around on the many incredible trails Prescott has to offer.

Todd Pooler is a Surprise, Arizona–based Realtor®, U.S. Army veteran, and business leader with more than 30 years of experience in leadership, sales, and operations. For more than 14 years, he has helped buyers and sellers navigate the Phoenix-area real estate market through clear communication, honest advice, and a practical, client-focused approach. Through Todd A. Pooler PLLC and Realty ONE Group, Todd serves Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, and Buckeye. He specializes in buying, selling, relocation, new construction, 55+ communities, and assisting veterans and military families. Before entering real estate, Todd led large teams in the U.S. Army and later managed business development and sales operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration–Human Resources Management, graduating magna cum laude. Todd combines local knowledge, skilled negotiation, project management, and responsive service to help clients make confident real estate decisions.
