Were looking for a college student or someone in their 20s. Its a large room that isnt shared. Its in a house with three other roommates. 2males and 1female. We share the kitchen, a living space that is fully furnished with couches, a tv and a dinning table. There is 1.5 bathrooms which are both shared. There is only street parking. Its a 5min walk to UC business building. Central heating. No ACWIFI, water, heat, electric are all included in the rent. Its $550 a month. Deposit is $550. We have two small hypoallergenic dogs in the house. They dont bother anyone and like to keep to themselves. It is an old house. No washer and dryer but the laundry mat is about a 5 min walk. Were like a family here. The house set up is three floors. The first floor is completely off limits. The second floor has the room available for rent, the living space, the kitchen and a half bathroom. The third floor has two rooms and the bathroom with the shower. Were very clean for college students. We keep everything clean from any dirt and dust but things are usually not tidy. We do smoke and drink. The room will be available to move in on May 6th. The security deposit and first month rent is due when you move in. Rent is due on the 15th of every month. If you move in on the 6th or half way when the rent is due you will only owe half the months rent when you move in(as well as security deposit). Were a family here and were just looking for someone who is friendly and trustworthy. Ill include a couple pictures of the room.
