I moved to Asheville nine years ago as the General Manager of The Cliffs at Walnut Cove, which gave me a deep understanding of luxury communities, land, and what truly drives long-term value. Today, I work with investors, second-home buyers, and full-time residents, bringing a practical, straightforward perspective to every transaction. I stay closely connected to market trends while remaining directly involved in deals, allowing me to offer clear guidance without the noise. Outside of real estate, I’m married to a Mission Hospital nurse and am a proud dad to two middle-school daughters. Asheville isn’t just where I work—it’s home.

Emilie grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina, and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where her adventurous spirit led her out to Colorado for the next five years and found her place in the real estate world. Emilie worked on a luxury brokerage team in Breckenridge, Colorado, that continuously ranked number-one in sales in their local market and proudly broke sales records throughout her time on the team. She provides a supportive and positive experience for her clients during their buying and selling journey. Now back in North Carolina, she is working diligently throughout the Triangle area serving both buyers & sellers. Emilie guides her clients through the buying and selling process with unparalleled customer service. She has a tireless work ethic and conducts every task with attention to detail and diligent follow-through. She is an advocate for her clients from start to finish and works to create long-lasting relationships.Emilie lives in Durham and enjoys spending time outdoors (can't stay away from skiing for too long!), staying involved in local community happenings, seeing a great show at the DPAC, and traveling between the coast and mountains.
