Rachel Ratchford

When not selling real estate, Spencer can be found either climbing Mt. Blanc in France or enjoying the fresh Utah Snow at any ski resort with his wife. He graduated from the University of Utah with a dual degree in Economics and Communications. Spencer is a salesman through and through, he enjoys the prospecting part of the job and feels the more peopel he can talk to, the faster a home will sell. Spencer prides himself in his ability to communicate with the client and work through any problem that could arise during a transaction. Over the past 8 years he has earned many awards for being one of the top salesmen in the Salt Lake area. His passion is evident from the moment you meet him.
