Most apartment locators help people who already qualify. Ross Quade built his business around the people who don't. Renters with evictions, broken leases, felonies, bad credit, or some combination that makes every online application a $75 gamble. He tracks screening criteria at 1,000+ properties so he can tell someone where they'll get approved before they spend a dime. Real world expertise from placing clients in every single Texas market. Licensed Texas REALTOR® (#679806) brokered under Spirit Real Estate Group. U.S. Army veteran. B.A. in Psychology. Works across Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, and Fort Worth. Member of the Austin Board of REALTORS®/Unlock MLS, NAR, and the National Association of Apartment Locators. Quoted by CBS Austin as a rental market expert. Renters pay nothing for the service. Communities pay him. Off the clock, he's running Town Lake trails, chasing snow on a board, or out on the water. Kayak, paddleboard, doesn't matter as long as it floats.

With over 20 years in Dallas real estate, my path started in corporate housing, working with major accounts like Frito-Lay, JCPenney, Neiman Marcus and the Dallas Opera. That background led straight into real estate, with hands-on experience alongside developers, general contractors and investors on new construction across Dallas and resort properties at Cedar Creek Lake. Today I run a luxury practice with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty, offering full-service solutions for buyers and sellers alike. I grew up in Plano and have called Dallas home my entire adult life, so I understand this market from every angle, from first-time buyers to families weighing school districts. My husband, our three kids and I are rooted in the St. Rita, Jesuit and Hockaday neighborhoods, where we've lived for 25 years, a network that opens doors for my clients in Dallas's most sought-after pockets.
