TJ began his real estate career in Tallahassee in 2004, and shortly after moved to be closer to his family who were cemented in the industry in Ormond Beach. Working for Plantation Realty Services for 10 years, TJ gained a wealth of experience in the residential resale and new home sales markets. In 2011 TJ took a position with Emmer Development as their on-site sales associate in the ocean front luxury condominium "Capriana" in Ormond by the Sea. TJ's job representing Emmer in Capriana came to an end in 2013 when he closed the sale on the last unit. In his free time TJ loves to take his family on adventures in the beautiful beaches, parks, and wildlife preserves in our area. TJ also has a passion for music and plays with various bands. You may hear him play at a local venue, covering classics from the past mixed with newer music, or in his original band, Pilotwave. Today, TJ is excited to be working with the team of professionals at Watson Realty Corp. He specializes in residential resale, new homes, and condo sales.
