My name is Grant and I was born and raised in Arizona. I have lived in Prescott for over 23 years and have been a real estate agent since 2022. I enjoy working with my sellers and buyers almost as much as I enjoy training for my next Spartan race and spending time with my amazing family. For more than 14 years, he has helped buyers and sellers navigate the Phoenix-area real estate market through clear communication, honest advice, and a practical, client-focused approach. Through Todd A. Pooler PLLC and Realty ONE Group, Todd serves Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, and Buckeye. He specializes in buying, selling, relocation, new construction, 55+ communities, and assisting veterans and military families. Before entering real estate, Todd led large teams in the U.S. Army and later managed business development and sales operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration–Human Resources Management, graduating magna cum laude. Todd combines local knowledge, skilled negotiation, project management, and responsive service to help clients make confident real estate decisions.
