After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a degree in Business Management, I moved back to Durham and soon after started working at Hertz Equipment Rental. In 1998 I began my real estate career with Frank Ward Realtors. In 1999 I started Ward & Misenheimer Realtors with my two other business partners. From 2000 to 2010 we operated as Coldwell Banker Ward & Misenheimer before joining Fonville Morisey Realty in October of 2010. In November of 2016 my business partners and I decided to start back up Ward & Misenheimer Realtors.
