No paid Internet or TV services. Shopping plaza next block over. One mile from bridge, gated community. Strictly No guests, smoking, pets, or use of candles or incense, substance abuse, or tenants with major health issues allowed. Not equipped for handicapped. Professionals, military, health personnel, educators, and clean/neat persons given preference. No service animals allowed., as animal allergies are a consideration. No storage allowed. One 8-ft closet and 7x12-ft open landing area and newly renovated private bath included. Outdoor shower for beach sand. Large park views front and back. Required in-person interview and background check. Proof of Employment required. Available October 2024. No smoking, pets, loud music, guests in house, candles and incense use, or excessively long showers (over 25 min) allowed. No cleansing wipes or non-organic materials can be flushed down toilets (septic tank on property), and no recreational drug use allowed. Note: These are living quarters, not recreation and entertainment premises beyond personal use. Strictly no storage allowed - the room is fully furnished. Windows must remain shut. Suitcases must be sprayed for bedbugs. Vehicles must not be leaking oil (power washing required for leaks.) Pregnancy is considered a major health issue.
