Melanie C Ladislao

Emma is a dedicated real estate professional with extensive experience, starting in 2006 as an assistant and transaction coordinator while attending the University of Alaska Anchorage. After earning a BBA in Management and a Minor in Real Estate in 2010, she committed to real estate full-time and has consistently been a top producer at RE/MAX Dynamic Properties. Emma is also an active member of the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC), holding various leadership roles, including Region 9 RVP for 2025, Alaska RRC State President for 2023-2024, and Education Leader for 2018-2019. She was named Alaska CRS of the Year in 2019. A lifelong Alaskan from Bristol Bay and Juneau, Emma now lives in Anchorage with her husband, Neil, and their daughters, Lena and Maren. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, fishing, and exploring Alaska’s natural beauty with family and friends.
