Marija Peshevska is a California and Florida real estate professional with Real Broker, helping homeowners, buyers, and investors make confident real estate decisions. Based in North County San Diego, she serves Carlsbad, Encinitas, San Marcos, Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Carmel Valley, Cardiff, La Jolla, and surrounding communities. With experience in residential sales, investment properties, short-term rentals, and assisted living real estate, Marija brings a business-minded perspective to every transaction. She especially enjoys helping homeowners navigate major transitions, including selling and buying at the same time, relocating, downsizing, or deciding whether to sell, rent, or hold a property. Her approach combines local market knowledge, data, modern digital marketing, and straightforward advice. Marija focuses on helping clients understand their options and build the right strategy for their goals, rather than simply completing a transaction.
