The well which is 210 ft provides excellent water and septic & drain field are in. There is also an outdoor shower nestled in the trees. Bunkhouse is appx 800 sq ft. with one bedroom downstairs and a loft w/2 single beds. It is beautifully built with cedar throughout, has a composting toilet inside plus an outhouse nearby. Like in the main cabin, electricity provided by solar panels. A woodstove in the main living area heats the entire cabin. The estate, one of the more fortunate spots in the world with the absence of any traffic noise, is located 25 miles NE of the Mackinac Bridge/St Ignace, one mile back from Simmons Road reached by a gravel road and a good two-track which ends at Round Lake.
