Public Remarks: Do not miss this beautifully updated home situated on a large corner lot in one of Flagstaff's most desirable neighborhoods. At the front entry you are met with soaring ceilings, large windows and a grand wooden staircase with dark iron accents. Views of the mature ponderosa pines can be taken in from the front family room and large dining area. As you continue through the first level, the fully remodeled kitchen boasts a large island fit with a wine fridge, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry and a breakfast nook. The main living room focuses on a stone surround gas fireplace with a custom hearth. The upper level hosts a primary suite with a private walk-out balcony, ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Across the landing are two large guest bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet. The outdoor spaces are just as impressive as the remodeled interior. At almost 1/4 acre, the lot features a fully landscaped backyard that provides mountain living at its' finest. Mature ponderosa pines provide privacy and that cozy mountain feel. A well manicured grass lawn brings a pop of color and plenty of room for the kids to run. A custom inset stone fireplace area provides the perfect space to enjoy an evening cocktail or roast marshmallows under the stars. The back deck leads to an inset hot tub perfect for a relaxing soak. This is truly a special property with updates too lengthy to list. The seller has taken immaculate care of the home and has spared no expense to make this Walnut Ridge home a show stopper!

My name is Grant and I was born and raised in Arizona. I have lived in Prescott for over 23 years and have been a real estate agent since 2022. I enjoy working with my sellers and buyers almost as much as I enjoy training for my next Spartan race and spending time with my amazing family.
