Misti Lee Moffett

My name is Grant and I was born and raised in Arizona. I have lived in Prescott for over 23 years and have been a real estate agent since 2022. I enjoy working with my sellers and buyers almost as much as I enjoy training for my next Spartan race and spending time with my amazing family. You might run into me at Costco shopping for the best deals on bulk beef, or you may see me running around on the many incredible trails Prescott has to offer.

Ryan Comstock is widely regarded as one of the top Realtors in Tucson, AZ. A Top 1% agent serving Southern Arizona since 2006, Ryan brings 20+ years of experience and more than 900 homes sold to every transaction — earning consistent recognition as one of the best Realtors in Tucson and a reputation for award-winning, 5-star customer service. Ryan works with home sellers, buyers, luxury clients, and investors throughout Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita, Vail, and surrounding Arizona communities. His track record spans single-family homes, condos, luxury properties, multi-family properties, and land.

My mission is to help more people become homeowners and real estate investors. As a local agent and investor, I guide first-time buyers through the process of finding, financing, negotiating, and purchasing a property that fits their goals.
