I’m the Managing Principal Broker of Fiv Realty in both Oregon and Washington. I’ve got 21 years of experience in the business, and my passion is helping people make money through real estate, whether that is helping them sell their house for more money than they thought possible, helping buyers find bargains that fit their needs and have easy gains in equity, or helping investors buy properties with good cap rates. My specialties are helping downsizers, heirs to an estate, and investors in residential real estate. I approach real estate through a data/driven laser focused lens because I am originally an engineer so analyzing pricing and market trends comes naturally to me.

American born to German parents whom I inherited a driven work ethic from. Educated in the northwest and I love it here!Initially, my real estate career was assisting a commercial Broker. Therefore, I have a practical and fiscal perspective of residential transactions that many brokers do not.
